I stayed for 3 hours there, in a thick fog. No stars to shoot of course, I waited for the day to come and hoped for some clearer sky. It was freezing cold and the car didn’t stay warm for too long. Of course the fog didn’t really leave and I tried to make the most of it by shooting the really quiet atmosphere up there. it’s only when I decided to leave that the sun showed up. So I u-turned and tried to take a few more shots, freezing my fingers on the drone remote. The clouds were not that thick, so I decided that if I can’t really see the sun, maybe the drone can do it for me.
There is always what you hope from a photo shoot, and what you really get. Flexibility is pretty necessary ! And the difficult conditions make the best memories.
